Tim Challies has a great post on the definition of discernment. It’s something I’ve been thinking about on my own. I believe it’s a skill that I posess. That’s actually one of his points, that it’s a skill, not purely a gift. I think it’s definitely worth a read.



  1. nothing like lazy Sundays. Actually nothing worse than them, but when they go well, they go really well. Nice unhurried time of year.

  3. Nice one Brendt. But, I had enough discernment to set your pay rate pretty low. Oh, that’s right. We all had zero pay. Doh! 😀
